About Me

Hi, I’m Ashley — a mechanical engineering M.S. candidate at MIT graduating January 2026.
I design and build precision machines for advanced measurement and characterization of artificial muscle tissue, working with MIT’s Culpepper Lab and Raman Lab.
I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT (’24) with a concentration in Controls, Instrumentation, and Robotics. My work bridges mechanical design, electrical engineering, and software development, and I’m passionate about creating integrated systems that solve real-world problems.
I’m actively seeking full-time roles starting February 2026 where I can apply my expertise in precision design, prototyping, instrumentation, and multidisciplinary engineering.
Outside of engineering, I enjoy volleyball, skiing, hiking, running, crafting, and spending time outdoors!
